KAYROMA

Trg dela

KAYROMA je razvojni projekt, povezan z izzivi sodobnega trga dela. ETB Solutions opaža vse večjo razpršenost informacij o delavcih, podjetjih in poklicnih priložnostih.

KAYROMA is associated with the challenge of finding workers and professional opportunities in a fragmented European labour market.
ETB Solutions observes how companies, recruiters and workers use many different channels to look for one another.
The purpose of this page is only to build awareness of the KAYROMA name and the problem it addresses.
No detailed product information is presented at this stage.

Podjetja

Companies need clearer, faster and more reliable ways to reach people with the right skills.

Delavci

Workers need better ways to discover real opportunities without searching through many disconnected sources.

Trg

The labour market needs more transparent, up-to-date and better connected information.

KAYROMA

KAYROMA is a name connected with one essential question: how can the right people, companies and project opportunities meet at the right moment?

For ETB Solutions this subject comes from daily work with companies, workers, project teams and recruitment processes across Europe.

At this stage, KAYROMA remains a development initiative. More information will be introduced gradually.

Status projekta

KAYROMA izvaja mednarodno raziskavo o trgu dela, zaposlovanju in poklicnem sodelovanju. Želimo bolje razumeti potrebe podjetij, kadrovikov, strokovnjakov in ljudi, ki iščejo nove zaposlitvene priložnosti.
