KAYROMA

Mercado laboral

KAYROMA é un proxecto en desenvolvemento relacionado cos retos do mercado laboral moderno. ETB Solutions observa a crecente dispersión da información sobre traballadores, empresas e oportunidades profesionais.

KAYROMA is associated with the challenge of finding workers and professional opportunities in a fragmented European labour market.
ETB Solutions observes how companies, recruiters and workers use many different channels to look for one another.
The purpose of this page is only to build awareness of the KAYROMA name and the problem it addresses.
No detailed product information is presented at this stage.

Empresas

Companies need clearer, faster and more reliable ways to reach people with the right skills.

Traballadores

Workers need better ways to discover real opportunities without searching through many disconnected sources.

O mercado

The labour market needs more transparent, up-to-date and better connected information.

KAYROMA

KAYROMA is a name connected with one essential question: how can the right people, companies and project opportunities meet at the right moment?

For ETB Solutions this subject comes from daily work with companies, workers, project teams and recruitment processes across Europe.

At this stage, KAYROMA remains a development initiative. More information will be introduced gradually.

Estado do proxecto

KAYROMA realiza unha enquisa internacional sobre o mercado laboral, a contratación e a cooperación profesional. Queremos comprender mellor as necesidades das empresas, dos recrutadores, dos profesionais e das persoas que buscan novas oportunidades laborais.
